“Giờ nghĩ lại tôi thấy mọi người nói đúng, đúng là tôi đã thất bại tới 3 lần, đã có lúc tưởng như phá sản, nhưng tôi chấp nhận và tiếp tục làm” ông Oanh nói.

Từ 3 lần thất bại, cho ông Oanh thêm nhiều kinh nghiệm, ông quyết định đi tham quan thực tế các mô hình ở Trung Quốc, Thái Lan, Hà Lan, rồi mời cả chuyên gia nước bạn về nhà hướng dẫn.
