Pay at counter. Buy enough packs to build a deck.
Build a deck using cards from the Special Set "Seaside Memories". Only cards from "Seaside Memories" may be used. *BO1 is a one-on-one battle, and the player who wins the battle is the winner.
Winner card.
Top cut prizing TBA along with Winner card.
